We are West Michigan's first 24 hour health club. Started as part of a large national franchise, we changed to a private local club in 2010 so that we could use local suppliers, provide employee discounts to local business, and keep our special prices that are significantly lower than the national franchises. When a local women's only club recently went out of business without refunding the member's fees, we were able to allow the members to use our club free of charge and we even brought in the majority of their aerobics instructors to continue teaching their classes for them for free. This was something that we could only do as a local independent club.

Only 18 and older 24-Hour Health Club in West Michigan, with local ownership and management (not a franchise). Featuring 24/7 access, private showers, free weights, treadmills, ellipticals, strength machines, optional aerobics, yoga, pilates, personal trainers and tanning. Equipment includes Life Fitness, Precor, Cybex, Nautilus, and StairMaster. Employee discounts for over 635 local companies, college students, public school employees, private school employees, firefighters, police, and military personnel.
