YWCA is a national organization committed to eliminating racism, empowering women, and promoting peace, justice, freedom, and dignity for all. With a strong nationwide network, YWCA focuses on improving the lives of women, girls, and communities of color through programs in areas such as Racial Justice, Civil Rights, Empowerment, Economic Advancement, and Health Safety.
Through various advocacy efforts and programs, YWCA serves nearly a million people annually, with a majority being people of color and women and girls. Joining YWCA allows individuals to take action on social justice issues, support advocacy efforts, and participate in national campaigns to advance racial and gender justice.
