Yoga Power Studio offers power yoga classes. The classes last for 60, 75 or 90 minutes, are heated to 88 - 90 degrees and are appropriate for practitioners of all levels. Beginners are encouraged to take as many breaks as needed and move at their own pace. In power yoga classes, students are led through sequences of postures (different each class) aimed to build core strength, increase flexibility and clear the mind. Power yoga classes are rigorous workouts.
