Yoga Bliss yoga classes were born out of my desire to share the beauty of yoga with my community in an affordable and accessible way.

Hi I'm Beth and I teach group yoga classes and private yoga sessions. I offer centering and reflective group yoga classes that are infused with thoughtful, playful, and creative asana sequencing, deep, mindful breathing, and skillful alignment principles, with yoga philosophies woven throughout in an accessible way. I also teach private yoga sessions! I love building and deepening the relationships I have with the folks who work with me privately; I love holding the space for them to come to the practice as they are and supporting them as they explore what they need in that moment; I love seeing them fully engaged in their practice. It's a really fun and exciting way to work together. If you want yoga sessions designed specifically for you - to meet your needs on any given day, so you get the practice you need the most, be it a more active, strength-building practice or a soothing, meditative restorative yoga practice - then this is a great way for us to work together! I also offer private Reiki sessions designed to relieve tension and stress, manage anxiety, and bring about a deep sense of inner peace and wellness.
