She starts with the premise that navigating the unchartered waters in today's multicultural, global environment can be difficult and confusing. She also knows that successful institutional change is an organic and highly individualized process, unique to each organization, and not a chain of one size fits all events. With a combination of humor, warmth, keen insight, and a deep understanding of individuals, organizations, and processes, she quickly and powerfully helps her clients move to where they want to go. Before founding World View Services 15 years ago, Paula worked at Dun & Bradstreet Software, a major financial software vendor. During her tenure there, she progressed quickly through a series of positions before becoming Director of International Customer Services. In that position, she was responsible for all customer support, consulting, and training functions for international locations around the globe. Throughout the years, Paula has lived, traveled, and worked extensively with companies, throughout the world.
