The Winchester Youth Center is located inside the McCall Middle School. The entrance is in the rear of the building off Mystic Valley Parkway near the intersection of Main St. The center has been in operation for over 24 years.
The Winchester Youth Center provides a number of services for the Winchester community. These include an after school drop-in center, a tutoring service, a babysitter matching service and much more.
Winchester Youth Center motto is to help the students "make good decisions." This is done through teaching them leadership skills, community service and social and experimental learning activities.
