Established in 1952, West Junior High School offers educational programs to students in grades seven to eight and is located in Brockton, Mass. Its facility includes more than 30 classrooms, a computer lab, a gymnasium, a library, an art room, a 700-seat auditorium and athletic fields. The school offers a wide range of activities, such as special education program, band and chorus, science fair, school council and after school programs. It offers academic classes in special education, math, science, social studies, language arts, English and physical education. The school staff includes more than 50 classroom teachers, instructional resource specialists, guidance counselors, librarian, and health and physical education specialists. West Junior High School is operated by the Brockton School District.
