We started our business with a focus on apartment rental services in the Waltham area. Rentals are still an important part of our business as we are the exclusive rental agency for landlords owning more than 200 apartments. From that base, we branched out into sales. Recent transactions were completed in Waltham, Belmont, Somerville, Lexington and Weston.
