Our business was established in 2004. The owner, Mr. John Vareschi has worked in the Mechanical Contracting business since 1979. His experience includes mechanical installations at Art Museums, Hospitals, Concert Halls, Nuclear Power Plants and Co-generation Facilities.

We are small locally run business established in 2004 but have worked in the plumbing & HVAC industry for 25+years. Vareschi Plumbing & Heating is Licensed and insured. Our specialties are plumbing and heating and air conditioning. We install complete plumbing systems for residential and commercial buildings. We install all types of heating systems and work closely with area utility programs that give rebates for installing new high efficiency equipment. We install air conditioning systems specializing in the mini-split heat pumps. Besides installations we excel at plumbing and heating service.
