Tova Yarmush opened her catering business in 1990 under the name of Kosher Cuisine by Tova. In 2005, she opened her new expanded facility under the name of Tova's Catering, Inc. The new production facility, still under the supervision of the Vaad Harabonim of Massachusetts, is conveniently located in Norton. It features two commercial kitchens, a meeting area for clients and ample parking. Visitors are able to view a variety of place setting combinations, from china and fine table linens for the discerning client to a range of high quality disposable dishes and cutlery for the budget minded. Tova's 15 years of experience in kosher catering ensures the client high quality service and cuisine. Tova and her staff provide personal attention to each client's event and Tova customizes the menus to suit individual needs. She incorporates ideas from international cuisines offered by her experienced staff and from her travels abroad. Tova's ability to create delicious meals for those on special or restrictive diets makes her unique among the Boston area's caterers. Tova has had training at the renowned Johnson and Wales Culinary Institute in Rhode Island as well as with Israeli and Australian chefs. Tova and her staff ably handle all catering events, from professional dinners and banquets, weddings and bar/bat mitzvahs to intimate cocktail and graduation parties and corporate events. The production staff includes a team of experienced chefs and seasoned accommodators.
