The transformation program consists of 30min small group strength training one trainer two ladies. Sessions are designed for two people to engage in a circuit training format or alternating sets the format is based on numerous highly effective forms of exercise including, body weight, dumbbells bad bells, resistance bands, suspension training, kettle bells, TRX, & more.
