The Judge Rotenberg Center is a special needs school that serves students who suffer from aggressive, self-injurious and destructive behaviors. The center provides communication, training, family counseling and after-care support services for emotionally disturbed and developmentally disabled students. It conducts several evening activities, including kite flying, jewelry making, roller skating, and arts and crafts sessions. The Judge Rotenberg Center operates chess, chorus, garden, music and foreign language clubs. In addition, the center provides residences in suburban and semi-rural areas for students. It serves the students of Canton in Massachusetts. The Judge Rotenberg Center provides transportation, organizational behavior management and vocational training services.
