The name speaks for itself and yet when perusing this beautifully appointed shop something stands out; the passion and mastery shown here for the love of chocolate. Pam Matteson, the proprietor of this confectionery boutique has been running the place for six years. She is a former baker and clearly loves what she does. She designed the entire shop herself and rejoices in making special items for her customers, like 72 percent dark chocolate flecked with chilies, maple bacon lollipops and French chocolate truffles.
