HistoryThe Skating Club of Boston is a founding member of U.S. Figure Skating and the third oldest figure skating club in the country, dedicated to the advancement and pursuit of excellence in all of the U.S. Figure Skating disciplines. Throughout its more than 100-year history, the Club has trained a multitude of recreational skaters, as well as national, world and Olympic champions. The Skating Club of Boston Skating Academy continues the commitment of the Club to promote excellence in the sport of skating. The Skating Academy offers top-quality instruction and small group skating lessons using curriculum from Learn To Skate USA and endorsed by U.S. Figure Skating, USA Hockey and U.S. Speedskating.
