Assumption Mission Associates (AMA) is a ministry of young adults aged 21-32, working in collaboration with the Religious of the Assumption Sisters. With a focus on prayer, education, and community building, AMA volunteers strive to effect change in society. Through their commitment to service, they bear witness to the love of Jesus and the Church, cultivating transformative relationships with the people they serve. AMA offers five unique volunteer sites, including two in the U.S. and three abroad, providing opportunities for individuals to engage in faith in action, work for the Christian transformation of society, practice solidarity, and live in close-knit, joyful communities.
