I started Someone In The kitchen in 1988, when I heard of the new trend of hiring weekly Personal Chef's to prepare customized meals for busy working families who were tired of eating out all the time after a long day of work. Having over twenty years cooking experience, it was a better life style than working 60 + hours in a Restaurant or Catering Company. I started networking, bought a mailing list and left my business card any where I could. After 3 years i had a thriving business. I have been cooking for my clients simple to elegant weekly prepared meals depending on their preferences and tastes.
