History
Jared and Heather Kirk moved to Boston to start a church for the glory of God and the good of the city. Renewal Church was the eventual outcome of that dream. Renewal is a young church that is growing as it builds. Worship Gatherings began monthly in September of 2013, but today we meet weekly on Sunday mornings to worship together and we gather in homes throughout the city for meals and prayer during the week.
Specialties
Renewal Church (which meets in the Back Bay Hilton) helps to bridge the gap between people's everyday lives and the wisdom of the Bible. We help people find meaning in their work-life and discernment in their relationships. We work together for the common good of the city. But first and foremost, we worship God by reconciling people to him and renewing their whole lives with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Renewal is an evangelical church that believes that the Bible is the guide for life and faith.
