I started my health coaching practice in order to share my expertise in holistic nutrition and wellness. For decades I have studied and experienced the challenges of staying well while learning to address food sensitivities and correct imbalances in my lifestyle choices. If only I had known 10, 15, even 20 years ago what I know now! I feel passionate about helping other women to expedite their process of figuring out how best to support their unique needs and health goals.
Specialties
As a Functional Nutrition and Lifestyle Practitioner as well as a Health Coach, I offer active support, both virtually and in-person, to women who yearn to transform their nagging health issues into wellness. I help my clients create sustainable change for improved long-term health. Together we focus on nutrition and other lifestyle factors that impact her ability to live with vitality. My clients come to me with a range of concerns, including conditions associated with gluten and other food sensitivities, allergies, digestive distress, low energy, foggy brain, memory loss, and more. I help clients to boost their energy, increase their concentration and focus, improve their sleep, reduce or eliminate digestive ailments, strengthen their immunity to the common cold and flu, improve their asthma, and address other health concerns. In a highly interactive process, I partner with clients to identify realistic and practical changes that they can make to revitalize their health and quality of life. Additionally, I work with parents to support their children's health and the potentially complex nutritional and health requirements of their families.
