Rack House Fitness sets its foundation in its coaching staff, who above all else, love and support our members - always keeping in mind each individual's personal fitness goals. We understand the unique needs of our members, and we strive to meet those needs each and every day. We believe that every human being can improve his/her quality of life through fitness and lifestyle choices, and we embrace the opportunity to be a driving force in that process. We hold one another accountable as family and friends, and we share in each other's triumphs and frustrations alike. And at the end of the day, it's our passion for our people that sets us apart from other gyms.

At Rack House Fitness, we welcome athletes of all ages, backgrounds, and ability levels. Our goal is to help people get as fit as possible through a scientifically driven fitness program, attention to lifestyle and nutrition choices, and the camaraderie of a supportive and fun-loving community. Owned by Mia Doherty and Susan McLaren, two long-time fitness enthusiasts, their approach combines attention to both the physiological and emotional/relational aspects of training and sport. This is a full-service performance facility with CrossFit, Endurance, Strength & Conditioning, Olympic Lifting, Kids & Teens and Seniors classes. We offer private training, group classes, goal setting and accountability plans, nutrition consultation, injury rehab assistance, and more. We believe that every human being can improve his/her quality of life through fitness and lifestyle choices, and we embrace the opportunity to be a driving force in that process.
