The Polish Prince has made pierogi his whole life as he was taught by his grandmother at a young age as part of the family tradition. It was in 2005 when he took over the responsibility of making pierogi for family parties and holidays, and he decided to experiment making a Buffalo Chicken Pierogi. There was skepticism from the relatives, but it became a big hit. Since then went to culinary school to learn proper cooking techniques and skills, and incorporate this into making handcrafted gourmet pierogi with traditional and unique flavors.
