Piconics designs and fabricates thin and thick film circuits and microelectronic inductive components for the aerospace, defense and commercial markets. The company provides chip resistors and attenuators, film substrates and circuits, fixed and spiral inductors, broadband conicals, microwave components and transformers. It manufactures circuits on a variety of substrates, including alumina, beryllia, aluminum nitride, silica quartz and ferrites. Piconics also offers sputtered, electroless and electroplated coating processes. The company is an ISO 9001:2000-certified manufacturer, and its military products meet the requirements of MIL-PRF-15305 and MIL-PRF-83446. Piconics test equipment consists of state-of-the-art instruments for measuring inductors and other reactive devices, such as phase shifters, filters and delay lines.
