Phil's Barbershop offers regular and military-style haircuts for men and boys, as well as children's first haircuts. Phil's also sells video-game systems and video cards. Since 1963, the shop has been an institution in Westborough. Many of Phil's customers are featured on the "picture wall of fame." Walk-ins are welcome.
