One2One is located in Needham Center and has been there for some three years. It is owned and operated by a resident of Needham. It is a community supporter; this support includes the Needham Little League and Chamber of Commerce. The owner is also a volunteer coach in the Needham Schools. It provides customized, personal training tailored to the needs of the individual. Services are sold in packages of sessions. It doesn't charge a membership fee.
