On The Mat Yoga Studio offers classes for all levels and abilities. For example, if you are brand new to yoga or just looking for a refresher, we offer Beginner Yoga classes to learn and master the basics. We offer advanced classes and many in between. For athletes and those struggling with flexibility, we offer Yoga Stretch and Hips & Hamstrings classes. If you prefer to move slower, Slow Flow classes move slower and cultivate more peace and balance.
