Camp Fire North Shore offers after school programs in Salem and Lynn, Self Reliance workshops in public schools, and a summer day camp for kids entering Kindergarten through 7th grade. In addition, Camp Fire offers leadership and job training to teens entering 8th-10th grade through a counselor in training program and junior counselor program. The camp can accomodate over 200 campers per week, and runs 9-10 one week sessions each summer. The counselor in training program is a 4 week session. Activities offered at camp include: arts and crafts, science, nature and outdoor exploration, health and fitness, sports, team building, swimming (pool), and a free lunch program. The campers in the discovery program take a weekly field trip and also do community service projects throughout the summer.
