History

Kate Stenson took over as director and lead teacher of Nirvana in February 2020. Formerly Mama Nirvana's New Yoga (established in 1999), Nirvana yoga was previously owned and operated by Ruth Anne Lundeberg. Nirvana Yoga has been serving Easthampton and the surrounding community for over 20 years.

Specialties

Nirvana Yoga offers yoga classes, workshops and teacher training. We offer classes every day and for all levels. Our weekly offerings include hatha, vinyasa, slow flow, restorative and yin yoga classes. We also offer pre-natal yoga, chair yoga and yoga Nidra.
