New England Painting and Building was founded by Andre and Carl. Both had been working in the trades together for many years, in various businesses of their own. Eventually, they decided to combine their joint expertise, totaling over 50 years in the industry, in order to create a business that is representative of their combined personalities. A little obsessiveness about their work, the products being used, the chemicals within those products, the post work cleanliness, and most of all customer satisfaction.
