Julie on the phone was nice (didn't talk to this "Fran" the other person reviewer talked to). Rick showed up about an hour later after dark on a week night with a blizzard coming the next day....

The owner of this business, Fran Elms, could not be more rude and disrespectful. The men in the field did some work in my home and accidentally turned off the cold water to my washing machine....
