Established in 1887, Thayer Academy offers education and extracurricular activities to more than 600 students in grades six through 12. The school has a more than 25-acre facility and more than 100 faculty members. Its middle and upper school departments offer classes in arts, English, history, math, science, world languages, health and technology. The school provides advanced placement classes in various subjects, including computer science, English literature, calculus, physics and environmental science.
