The coffeehouse is a smoke-free environment with a handicapped accessible entrance and bathrooms. We have been a volunteer, non-profit organization since 1970, with no paid staff members. We are sponsored by the Unitarian Universalist Church of Marblehead. Times The me&thee is open most Friday evenings in the Fall, Winter and Spring from 7: 30 pm until 11: 00 pm. The first set of music begins at 8: 00 pm and the second set generally around 9: 30. We serve a varied menu of teas, coffees, cider, and an assortment of tasty desserts. We offer guaranteed seating with advance sales tickets, but please note that this does not mean reserved seating, simply that we will hold a seat for each ticket holder. For a popular artist, it's best to come half an hour early and get in line. Doors open at 7: 30, so you'll have half an hour to enjoy refreshments. Please be aware that you can order online through PayPal. On each concert page and on the concert schedule you'll see a PayPal button that will take you to a secure order form. In either case, we will hold your ticket at the door and give you your member or senior discount. Seating is guaranteed, but arrive early for the best seats, since it's first come, first served. Come up to an hour early for a popular artist. In Marblehead: Arnould Gallery, 111 Washington Street, and Spirit of '76 Bookstore, 107 Pleasant Street, until noon the day of the event. A small service charge may be added to the price of each ticket. Tickets are also on sale at the me&thee at every performance.
