Worst customer service. DHL drop off location but doesn't take drop offs and rude when I asked and he wanted me to read a sign on the door that was non existent that they don't take drop offs.

Bought a vape to travel with. Never worked and when time came to just exchanged he wouldn't. A 20$ item. Bad enough he was already busted for selling cigarettes where the tax wasn't being paid....
