The first humble classes were in a church in Sudbury. Born out of a dancer's love to teach and her inability to stay still, our class is designed to help moms build a bond with their little one without sacrificing self. The journey to becoming a mom can a huge shift and there's never been a more important time to nurture a person so they can be their best self.
