Ladies Workout Express is a 30-minute circuit-training concept. Most of our Ladies Workout Express have 24 stations within each location. There are 12 hydraulic machines located as part of the 24 stations circuit. The other 12 pieces are steps or aerobic platforms. The concept of the Ladies Workout Express is such that if you use the 30-minute circuit as instructed by the instructors in the club, each person who goes around the circuit in one half hour should burn between 600 and 900 calories in that time, of course weighing that for body weight which is different for every person. You can't burn 600 to 900 calories if you were to do one half hour on a Stairmaster or running. This is just a workout that combines strength training with interval circuit training that keeps your heart rate fluctuating between the top of the training zone and the bottom of the training zone so that that your body is constantly moving in both a strength manner and a cardio manner. And it burns more calorie
