Ken Sho-Ryu Karate Grandmaster Mark Sheeley has been training as a martial artist since 1971 at the age of 12, and by age 17 he earned his first Black Belt. By 1991, he received his first national title, and thereafter he was nationally rated in competition for three years in a row, also becoming the very first number one ranked Kenpo stylist. He has been inducted into the Martial Arts Hall of Fame a staggering 14 times. Currently, Sheeley is a director of 14 privately-owned martial arts schools, including this one in Seekonk, where he continues to train nationally ranked martial arts champions.
