Ken's Steak Cart's Faneuil Hall Marketplace in Downtown Boston, MA. I bought the business in 1992. In my first 6 months, I recovered my initial investment of $15,000. My business sales increased by 75% over the previous owners sales by changing the quality of food served to the best in Boston. I served the highest quality meats in my famous Steak-Tip and Chicken Teriyaki sub sandwiches. The key to the growing success, without a doubt, was the repeat customers which counted for 80% of my annual sales in all the years I was in business. I worked hard to reach my business's full potential and was very proud of what I had accomplished.
