My practice and teaching has changed from Ashtanga into Iyengar, and now I teach Foundation Training courses so that I can support my students to learn solid foundations, build their knowledge and strength, grow at an incredible rate, be empowered to heal their own injuries and integrate their knowledge into life. In Each Class: - breathwork - alignment - warm-ups - internal martial arts - foundation training - functional range conditioning - foundational gymnastics - squats and floor movement patterns - hands-on adjustments - therapeutics - specific mobility work / mobility with strength - understanding of meridians (from shiatsu) - applied philosophy (Buddhist, Yoga Sutras, Chinese Medicine Philosophy) It is a living physical inquiry into freedom within our bodies and minds. It's fun, a total riot, and everyone finds themselves doing things they didn't think possible.
