The Dawe Elementary School is located off Pine Street, but the entrance for the school's one-way access road is off Lowe Avenue. The Dawe School is one of five public elementary schools in Stoughton, and its current principal is David Barner.
The school serves students from kindergarten through fifth grade, with class sizes ranging from 17 to 24 students. The school also houses two Therapeutic Learning Center classrooms (TLC) and two Primary Adjustment Class classrooms (PAC). The TLC and PAC programs include students from across the Stoughton Public Schools district. The school grounds also include a blacktop playing surface, a playground and playing fields.
Visit the school's website to see the lunch menu, a calendar of upcoming events or to learn more about the Dawe School Parent Teacher Organization (PTO). There are also individual classroom websites that can be accessed via the school's main website.
