Haru started in New York and currently has nine locations across the country. Known for its intimate modern interiors, quick service and patronage from the occasional celebrity, Haru is more than just a restaurant; it's an experience. Customers can start off with something from the large appetizer menu, perhaps some edamame, spinach sesame or beef negimaki. But the main attraction at this restaurant is the sushi bar; diners can choose from a selection of entrees or build their own meals a la carte. Haru also offers hot plates of traditional Japanese or Japanese-fusion cuisine. Outdoor seating is available when the weather permits.
