JLS Mailing Services is one of the leading full-service, direct mail marketing companies in the Northeastern United States. In 1920, Elizabeth Joyce, one of America's first female entrepreneurs, founded Joyce Letter Shop, which provided typing and clerical services to the local banking and investment communities. The company has expanded its services to include data processing and transmission; mail production, including machine inserting, metering, folding and shrink wrapping; and mail sorting. JLS also operates a custom service department for special jobs that defy machine automation. The department offers hand sorting, addressing, inserting, labeling and signatures.
