Established in 1907, Haartz Corporation manufactures engineered, coated materials, including topping fabrics and moldable interior trim composites, for clients in the automotive, marine and other industries. It is the designated supplier of convertible topping fabric for nearly every automobile manufacturer in the world and is the only commercial manufacturer of polyvinyl chloride and cloth-combined automobile topping. Haartz s foam composites for molded door panels have been used in vehicles such as the Ford Focus, Pontiac Bonneville, Nissan Maxima, Buick Rendezvous and Mazda Tribute. Haartz is headquartered in Acton, Mass. It also operates a manufacturing facility in Mannheim, Germany, and sales offices in Michigan, Tenn., the United Kingdom and Germany.
