Since 2003, owner/chef Sunny Wong has been serving authentic, Chinese and Hong Kong-style food, as well as Sushi. He takes pride in his Taiwan-style Szechuan Beef Noodle Soup, and his signature dish is the Japanese Sunny Special Hand Roll. Chef Sunny Wong says that he uses only wild shrimp in his Salt and Pepper shrimp dish and he doesn't use MSG at all. He can also prepare low sodium and low oil dishes. Dim Sum is served on Saturdays and Sundays, there is a Sushi bar and the restaurant offers lunch specials. Green Tea is open 364 days/year and is closed only on Thanksgiving.
