The French King Restaurant and Motel is a few steps away from the historic French King Bridge overlooking the confluence of the Connecticut and Millers Rivers. We are located seven miles east of Greenfield on Route 2 and one mile west of route 63.Situated on 130 wooded country acres, enjoy the glorious view as you walk the bridge, savor a cocktail in the Musket Lounge in front of the wood stove, or feast on a fabulous meal at the French King Restaurant. Family-built and owned since 1954, Frank and Deborah Prondecki have newly remodeled the restaurant and have a diverse new menu which includes many new dishes as well as signature favorites made popular by Frank's Mom, Helen. The motel has also been fully remodeled and reopened in May 2015. It features pleasant rooms overlooking the woods and includes high-speed wifi Internet for your convenience. The in-ground pool is open May through September depending on the New England weather. Nearby attractions include golf, fishing, hiking, skiing, kayaking, and white-water rafting.
