History
AJ started Fire Fitness in the summer of 2015 in Stoughton, at a small, personal- training studio that gave him a taste and passion for owning his own business. Within a year, he moved to his current location, with goal off offering his clientele great training and a facility with state-of-the-art equipment. AJ's love for training started in high school, where he trained and participated in both the Football and Basketball programs. He was a camp counselor in New York, and his responsibilities included teaching campers archery; cliff climbing; rifle shooting; and survival techniques. Training and motivating children to do these activities can be challenging, but AJ was beloved as one of the favorite counselors. He currently is a Cross Fit competitor and has competed in Body Building and Power lifting meets.
Specialties
AJ is a highly motivated, energetic self-starter who enjoys meeting and helping people to reach their fitness goals. His excitement is contagious and he encourages others to be their best. AJ works with individuals at all fitness levels. For exercise beginners, he will set up an individualized program. Hardcore athletes will benefit from AJ's challenging training programs that will help them stretch and grow. AJ also is training trainers, so if professionals seeking to improve their training skills can talk to him about this option.
