Over priced, horriblly maintained, the laundry room is infested with bugs. Huge cockroach issues in the building. the lock to my building door is often broken

. I stayed at their apartments on boylston st for about a year. The apartments are really really old, and tiny, but well maintained. The in building washer and dryer was enough for the residents....

Fineberg rentals do not meet the bare minimum of building codes. Your apartment will be flooded, they will refuse to fix your electricity, the locks on the lobby door do not work, rats will fill...
