Chef and co-owner Jetmir Veritopi and co-owner Red Rami are dedicated to creating American classics with a Mediterranean twist using fresh, local, and sustainable food. Through our relationship with nearby farms and vendors, we will have the ability to provide a variety of exciting specials that change daily based on what is looking the most delicious that day. With the help of consultant Alison Poor, we are committed to being an environmentally conscious establishment from our reclaimed booths and tables to our composting bins and recycled materials. Early Harvest Diner aims to become a vital part of the community.
