History
Dane Austin embarked on his interior design career as a graduate of Washington, DC's Corcoran College of Art + Design at The George Washington University, with classical training from the renowned Sotheby's Institute of Art in London and the Institute of Studies for Superior Arts in Paris. After several years managing the business of a reputable Georgetown designer specializing in traditional, high-end residential interiors, Dane launched Dane Austin Design in 2009, dedicated to giving clients a range of design possibilities that fit their lifestyles, from traditional to contemporary and innovative. Known for designing refined spaces with bold gestures, Dane skillfully balances past and present, bold color and calm neutrals, daring and relaxed.
