Anne T opened Curves Topsfield in 2002 because she was committed to exercise and a healthy lifestyle and wanted to help other women become stronger and more active. She passed along her wisdom and passion to Karen J, who bought the club from her in 2018 after working there as a coach and manager. Curves Topsfield has been strengthening the women of the North Shore with a 30-minute total-body workout and a supportive community for 19 years and is still going strong. Once you've tried Curves, you won't want to work out anywhere else!
Specialties
Online workout, club workout, or combo workout. Curves is specially designed for women, featuring a complete 30-minute workout that is fun, fast and safe. The workout includes strength training, cardio and stretching all in 30 minutes, less than half the time it takes to achieve similar results at a traditional gym. Curves Topsfield offers specialty classes, an at-home workout called MyCurves On Demand, a Nutrition & Weight Management Program, an 8-week Habit Change program, plus 6-week classes focusing on Balance, Pelvic Floor Strength, and Stretching & Stress Management. Our staff provides personal coaching, for both our in-club and online workout, and supports you in reaching your goals. Curves is not just a gym, it's a community.
