CrossFit On the Hill is a strength and conditioning facility which strives to transform the lives of the community we serve. We offer small group training memberships, one on one training and class packs to conveniently accommodate your needs. Our certified coaches have over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry and possess a wide variety of certifications that cover a broad spectrum of efficient, result driven and scientific training methods. We are passionate and qualified to support and inspire you to be the best. We welcome anyone who likes to work hard, have fun, and values the journey over the destination. CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program. The program is designed to elicit as broad an adaptational response as possible. CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program, but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains. Why is community important? Because we can't make it in the world alone. We can't exceed or even achieve our goals in life without the help and motivation of those around us. Here it's not about changing just your workout- it's about changing your lifestyle. Aside from CrossFit classes, we also offer kettlebell classes, bootcamp conditioning, nutrition guidance, wellness programs and health and fitness seminars.
