CP Expert Cuts is easy to miss if you are walking by, but if you do find it, it is a great place for the entire family. The prices are not as high as some of the surrounding salons, but the quality of service is not affected by the price difference. Look for them on Washington Street across from J. J. Mulligan's restaurant.
