Channing Associates was originally established in 1906 and opened its Wellesley office in 1923. Both of the owners, who still remain active brokers, have lived in Wellesley their entire lives. Channing Associates specializes in residential and commercial sales and rentals, and free consultations are available. Mr. Mearn's primary responsibilities include leasing, investment acquisitions, and property management. In April of 2007, after working for two years at Boston Realty Advisors in the retail division, Mr. Mearn joined Staubach Company as a retail broker specializing in fashion and lifestyle retailers, anchor and junior retailers and food and drug retailers. Top clients include Wal-Mart, Kimco Realty and Crosspoint Associates. Mr. Mearn serves as a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers as well as a member of the ICSC Next Generation Group. Mr. Mearn graduated from Babson College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
